A MORE PERSONAL APPROACH
Different perspectives
A place to begin listening
A relationship can hold genuine care alongside different expectations about time, communication or commitment. Sometimes the first useful step is to make those assumptions visible and hear how the experience feels to each person involved.
Relationship coaching can begin with an individual, a couple or a relationship group. Bring a specific question and describe what you hope to understand or change. The consultation is an opportunity to discuss participants, practitioner experience, session format and whether coaching is an appropriate fit.

IS THIS THE RIGHT STARTING POINT?
This could be a fit if…
01
You want to understand differing expectations in a relationship.
02
You’re willing to hear another perspective and reflect on your own part.
03
You want practical conversations about communication, time or shared priorities.
Hear the person
Understand the expectation
01
Hear each perspective
Make room for the experiences and priorities each participant brings.
02
Name expectations
Explore needs, shared priorities and assumptions that deserve a direct conversation.
03
Keep support appropriate
Understand the practitioner’s experience and the boundaries of the proposed service.
HOW IT WORKS
A considered path
A personal pace
01
Name the conversation that matters
Describe the question or recurring situation you want to explore, and what would make the discussion useful.
02
Agree who will participate
Discuss whether individual, couple or group coaching fits the question and clarify the proposed format.
03
Explore perspectives and assumptions
Make room to explain needs, listen carefully and identify expectations that have not been clearly discussed.
04
Choose practical next steps
Consider changes you can try in everyday interactions, then reflect on what helps and what needs further conversation.

THE DETAILS THAT MATTER
A thoughtful space
for an everyday relationship
Useful topics can include how you make plans, share responsibilities, express needs or navigate different expectations about closeness and independence. Coaching should have a clear scope. This service is not couples therapy, mental-health treatment or crisis support; the consultation helps establish whether the approach suits the question you are bringing.
YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
A little clarity
before we meet
Use your consultation to talk through the service, ask about the team and understand the scope before deciding.
Who can inquire about relationship coaching?
Individuals, couples and relationship groups can describe their goals. The appropriate participants and format are discussed before any engagement.
Is this couples therapy?
No. This page describes coaching, not therapy or medical care. Ask about the practitioner’s experience and service boundaries to establish whether it fits your needs.
What is the first step?
Complete the client application and explain the relationship questions you would like to explore during the complimentary consultation.
Do both partners have to attend?
Not every inquiry begins with the same format. Discuss your goals and who would participate so the team can explain the options and boundaries of the proposed work.
Can consensually non-monogamous relationship groups inquire?
Yes. Describe the relationship structure, who is involved and the questions you want to explore. Participation and format are discussed before an engagement.
